HiPP
UK Stage 3 Organic Baby Formula from 1+ Year (800g)
This is HiPP Organic Growing Up Milk as sold in the United Kingdom, in an 800 g pack printed in English. HiPP UK describes it as a milk for toddlers from 12 months, alongside a varied diet; the ingredient list starts with organic skimmed milk and organic lactose.
Organic lactose is the main carbohydrate named in the ingredient list, alongside organic galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) from lactose. It also contains organic palm, rapeseed and sunflower oils and fish oil, and folate as calcium L-methylfolate (Metafolin). HiPP lists it as a product of Germany.
Made up as HiPP UK states, 11.9 g of powder with 90 ml of water (one level scoop, about 4 g, to each 30 ml): 60 kcal, fat 3.3 g, carbohydrate 6.0 g (lactose 6.0 g), protein 1.4 g, GOS 0.4 g, DHA 12.0 mg. The full ingredient and nutrition panel is on the tin.
Follow the full preparation instructions and feeding table printed on your tin; this is a summary, not a replacement. HiPP UK says to make it up in a beaker, using only the scoop provided, levelled and not pressed, one scoop to each 30 ml of water; to make each drink fresh, use it straight away and throw away what is left; not to prepare it in advance; and not to heat it in a microwave.
Powdered formula is not sterile. The CDC advises extra care for babies younger than 2 months, born prematurely or with a weakened immune system; ask your pediatrician how to prepare feeds for them. Store the tin in a cool, dry place, not in the fridge, and use it within 3 weeks of opening.

Three things every tin tells you
Its own scoop
Use only the scoop packed in that tin, filled loosely and levelled. Scoops differ in size between makers and editions.
Its own table
Water per bottle and scoops per bottle come from the feeding table printed on that tin, by age.
Its own timing
Make each bottle just before the feed and follow the tin on how long a made-up bottle may stand.
Powdered formula is not sterile. The CDC advises extra care for babies younger than 2 months, born prematurely or with a weakened immune system; ask your pediatrician how to prepare feeds for them.
Before the first bottle
Each maker sets its own scoop size and water ratio, and editions of the same formula can differ. Use the scoop that comes with your HiPP tin and that tin's own preparation table, never another brand's or edition's, and ask your pediatrician about preparation.
