Incorrect Products Delivered:

Mis-Deliveries:

Customer responsibility to contact shipping company
No refunds for lost or stolen packages after marked as delivered
Delivery guarantee applies to undelivered packages with tracking numbers

Change of Address After Order:

Customer responsibility to provide correct address
Formuworld may attempt to accommodate address changes, but no guarantee
Mis-deliveries due to incorrect address not refundable

Delay in Delivery:

Up to 3 weeks during busy holiday seasons
No refunds for delivery delays caused by the carrier, import, or customs processing
Formuworld commits to shipping orders within 24 hours

Updated Packaging and Product Photography:

Manufacturers may update packaging
No refund for receiving newer packaging design than shown on the website

Customer Fraud Attempt Related to Product Complaints:

Complaints must be supported by evidence
Unproven complaints without evidence will not be considered
Legal action may be taken in case of fabricated product information

Refunds:
