Shipping Speed:
Shipments from EU & UK:
All shipping estimates are valid only from Monday through Friday, and packages will leave the warehouse the following business day, unless there is a holiday in either the US or the EU. We have no control over shipping carriers, and customs processing times are beyond our jurisdiction. Customs clearance is at the discretion of US Customs and the FDA. In case a product is being restocked, there might be brief delays. While we will consider cancellation requests made within an hour after placing an order, we cannot guarantee them.

Shipping/Cancellations/Returns:
We can ship out formulas around the clock and ensure that your packages are delivered promptly because of our short cancellation window. Orders placed before or after the 6 am to 6 pm PST cancellation window are processed immediately and shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or stopped. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Example #1: If I place an order at 4 pm PST and wish to cancel it at 4:45 pm PST by sending a cancellation request email to service@formuworld.com, my cancellation request will be accepted because it is not past 6 pm PST.
Example #2: If I place an order at 4:59 am PST, and it is now 6 am PST, and I've sent the cancellation request, this order will not be guaranteed for cancellation. The cutoff windows are 6 am PST to 6 pm PST; any hours before or after that are not guaranteed for cancellations.
Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours if they are not fulfilled and not guaranteed. To cancel an order, you can go to your account on our website or the email you receive, click on view order, which will take you to the order status, and click on cancel order, then continue.
Customs & Government Agencies (Applies Only to Canadian Customers):
It is crucial to consistently collaborate with customs and government agencies to prevent the seizure and potential return of your order. If you receive any communication, always specify that the parcel is for personal use only and is not intended for resale to avoid unnecessary taxes or fees.
Shipping Couriers:
Depending on the location and weight of the items, we utilize UPS and FedEx.
Signature Confirmation:
Please be aware that if your order surpasses $250 in value, our courier will mandate a signature.
Shipping and handling charges are subject to modification without prior notice.
Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. This decision is made due to the fact that a substantial portion of our products falls under the categories of sanitary or perishable goods. To ensure the well-being of all our clients, it is imperative to uphold the integrity of our inventory. Every product we offer is securely transported in a pristine, unopened condition from hygienic and secure facilities.
Baby formula is considered non-returnable. Additionally, perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. Regrettably, returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale.
